Java Developer (5-12 yrs)

Job Description :

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Strong understanding of capital markets, trade life cycle, and financial products (equities, derivatives, FX, fixed income).

- Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and low-latency system design.

- Proficiency in messaging technologies (Kafka, MQ, Tibco, Solace, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and FIX protocol.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Experience in CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and Agile methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for performance optimization.

- Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable Java applications for trading, risk management, and financial analytics.

- Work closely with quantitative analysts, traders, and business teams to understand requirements and develop efficient solutions.

- Implement low-latency, high-throughput solutions for real-time trade processing.

- Design and optimize multithreaded applications for market data handling and execution engines.

- Develop and integrate APIs for financial data feeds, trading platforms, and exchanges.

- Ensure software quality through unit testing, code reviews, and performance tuning.

- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to store and manage financial data efficiently.

- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and risk management policies.

- Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to deploy and monitor applications in production.
