Job Description

  • Training: Build a solid understanding of Dubai s real estate market, including prominent projects, developers, and industry trends.
  • Client Outreach: Contact potential clients via phone to invite them to Dubai Property Expos.
  • Dubai Property Expo Support: Attend property expos with clients, introduce them to developers, and explain the benefits of investing in Dubai properties.
  • Project Presentation: Share detailed insights on various Dubai real estate projects, helping clients make confident investment choices.
  • Sales Closure: Successfully close sales deals with clients.
  • Follow-up: Post-expo, follow up with clients to answer questions and explore further investment possibilities.
  • Lead Management: Document client interactions, expo feedback, and follow-up actions for efficient future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
  • Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship-building with clients and team members.
  • Confident in presenting and discussing real estate projects with clients, in person and over calls.
  • Well-groomed, with a professional appearance.
  • Skilled at managing client interactions, meeting their needs, and supporting them through the decision-making process.
