Job Overview:


We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to grow within the real estate industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, presenting projects, and driving conversions. The role offers significant potential for growth and rewards based on your performance.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Project Presentation:

  • Receive and manage leads generated by the sales team.
  • Engage clients via calls and virtual meetings, presenting in-depth details of real estate projects.
  • Tailor presentations to address specific client needs, highlighting key features and benefits of the property.

2. Project Visits:

  • Organise and schedule project visits in coordination with clients' availability.
  • Accompany clients on-site, providing a detailed tour of the project and answering questions.
  • Showcase the key selling points of the project to ensure client satisfaction.

3. Conversions and Closures:

  • Address client inquiries, resolve objections, and guide clients toward making a purchasing decision.
  • Manage the entire conversion process, from inquiry to closing, ensuring all documentation is completed efficiently.
  • Regularly follow up with potential clients to drive conversions and close deals.

4. Follow-ups:

  • Implement a strategic follow-up plan post-project visits to keep clients engaged.
  • Respond to client queries and offer additional information to maintain interest.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow-up tasks to ensure no opportunities are missed.

5. Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering exceptional service and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Requirements:

  • Education: BBA or equivalent (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Languages: Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and English preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: ₹4,00,000 - ₹6,00,000 per annum, based on performance and incentives.
