Roles and Responsibilities:
 Ready to do 8 visits per day for 25-26 days in a month.
 Hiring or onboarding Agents on a regular basis and training them to sell the
company's products and services.
 Daily coordination with the agents and supporting them in selling the products.
 Achieving monthly sales targets in the assigned territory.
 Regularly meeting the onboarded customers along with agents to solve their
problems and to understand the growth opportunity.
 Show 100% ethical conduct (strict action on the by-passers).
 Identifying new areas for growth.
 Increasing the penetration of the products in the assigned territory.

Required Skills and Qualifications
 At least 2 years of field sales experience.
 Candidates from Insurance, Banking, Loan, FMCG, Telecom, Logistics, etc are
preferred but not mandated.
 Must know the local language of the assigned territory.
 Having an understanding of how to deal with agents/brokers/distributors are
preferred.
 Graduation is mandatory.
 Must have a two-wheeler with a valid drivers license.
 Must have an android smartphone.
