Job Description
Managed Offices are currently one of WeWorks high-growth functions. To capture this market, WeWork offers bespoke services to prospective members, providing an array of real estate options, tailored fit-outs, physical infrastructure, and a best-in-class facility management team to operate customized spaces.
This role will be part of the Operations team, specifically within Asset Management. The Associate will support various aspects of cross-functional collaboration, data management, reporting, and process optimization, ensuring the smooth execution of Managed Office operations. Additionally, the Associate will play a key role in pricing analysis, evaluating member requirements, and creating operational financial business proposals within demanding timelines
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for data tracking and reporting for ongoing managed office deals
- Collaborate with our vendor partner to support data, documents, or other deal-specific requirements such as compliance documentation. minimum wage revision, other ad-hoc documentation tasks
- Support devising OpEx pricing for managed office deals
- Assisting in request for proposal documents thoroughly from a facilities management/operations perspective and use data for pricing strategy
- Assisting in deal-specific scope of work and service level agreements formulation or reviews
- Support the Sales and Client Solutions teams in providing operation-related information as and when required
- Periodic updation of critical managed office documents - tracking of invoices and payments
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for process improvements and assist in implementation
- Tracking of deployment requirements before Go-Live
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any field
- Strong skills in cost analysis, financial trends, and forecasting
- Experience in managed offices and coworking spaces is a plus
- Proficiency in data management and analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
