Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Receivables Manager to oversee the companys accounts receivable processes and ensure timely and accurate collection of payments. The ideal candidate will lead a team, maintain strong customer relationships, and implement strategies to improve cash flow while minimizing overdue accounts and bad debt.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Invoice Management:
o Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers.
o Ensure all invoices are processed timely and reflect correct charges.
Receipt Processing:
o Receive and record customer receipts, including cheques, wire transfers, and credit card payments.
o Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

o Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status.
o Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.

Collections:
o Monitor accounts receivable ageing and follow up on overdue accounts.
o Implement collection strategies to reduce outstanding receivables.

Compliance and Record Keeping:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files and records.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Education and Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in accounting and finance or in a related field
- 8+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Yardi etc.,) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
