Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Senior Associate, Growth Content Strategist to join our dynamic team at WeWork India. In this role, you will be responsible for driving creative content strategies across multiple channels, including digital media, email, WhatsApp Web optimization/personalization communicating to our customers and prospects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and adhere to industry best practices. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to both brand awareness and revenue growth initiatives, while also managing content A/B testing to maximize campaign effectiveness. As part of this role you will be reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Creative Development Execution:
- Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs) to gather briefs and oversee content creation with the Creative team to ensure high-quality creative collaterals for various campaigns.
- Create compelling content that engages B2B audiences, elevating brand awareness and reinforcing Agoda s value across multiple business units.
- Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high quality content through editing, proofreading, developing editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to align content strategies with business objectives, identifying strengths and opportunities within Agoda s B2B offerings
- Ensure all creatives meet the industry best standards and align with brand guidelines across various platforms.
- Track the progress of all creative deliverables, ensuring visibility for the Product and Creative teams.
- Coordinate with creative agency to get timely content output
Campaign Optimization Reporting:
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, emails and creatives, ensuring continuous improvement in performance month-on-month.
- Collaborate with analysts to monitor content effectiveness and optimize strategies leveraging data insights on all communication to ensure maximum impact.
- Develop reports on campaign performance, implementing learnings to optimize future campaigns.
Email/WhatsApp Marketing Engagement:
- Develop and implement creative content strategies for emails/WhatsApp across products, ensuring interactive elements and consistent messaging.
- Drive engagement through creative strategies for SMS, WhatsApp, and other Mar-Tech channels.
Collaboration Process Management:
- Act as the point of contact between Growth and other marketing subfunctions, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment of campaign deliverables.
- Provide content support to other divisions in the organisation, as needed, ensuring alignment with Growth marketing goals.
Brand Awareness Strategy:
- Support content strategy creative performance analysis, integrating learnings into future campaigns to improve brand presence across multiple platforms.

Education and Desired Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience with content strategy, copywriting, and creative execution for digital media.
Strong understanding of A/B testing, performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for revenue growth.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to track and meet deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in creative content development for email marketing, digital ads, SMS, and WhatsApp communication.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
Knowledge of Mar-Tech tools and chatbots is a plus.
Strong multi-tasking and collaboration skills with an eye for detail
