Senior Credit Manager

As a SR credit manager, you will be responsible for evaluating the

creditworthiness of potential customers, creating credit scoring models,

approving, and rejecting loans and updating the companys credit policy.

• Should have sound knowledge of credit underwriting (preferably from Fintech

background.)

• Should have handled team size of 20 at least in the past.
• Overall experience of 5 to 6 years and 3years in PL underwriting.
• Review credit policy and identify improvement in existing policy/process.
• Ensuring turnaround time is met for team and individual.
• Ready to work in a fast faced environment and flexible enough to adapt the

startup culture.

• To be innovative and process owner as well.
• Will be reporting to Head of Credit”.
