Job Description
- Decisioning of L1 Level or above proposals as designated (without deviation).
- Risk assessment of higher ticket loans taking feedback from the L1 and co-ordinate with higher authorities if required to arrive at a proper decision.
- Ensuring FI TAT and credit TAT within prescribed limits.
- Monitoring of the credit team and function as a facilitator for all the activities related with credit.
- Overall supervision on the authenticity of documents, genuineness of information, TAT adherence and vendor management.
- Preparation and reviewing of the daily, weekly, and monthly reports on logins, approval, rejection, hold, decision TAT, FI TAT etc. on regular basis and implement the necessary action plans promptly.
- Conduct live and post approval review of files to ascertain the credit policy compliance.
- Facilitate training sessions for the value addition of junior team to sharpen their skills necessary for credit underwriting.
- Overall supervision of all the vendors and ensure a smooth co-ordination and cooperation to ensure strict adherence on FI TAT, process compliance and report quality. Ensure all the vendor bills are paid on time.
- Creating credit scoring models to predict risks. Assist in the calculation and setting of interest rates.
- Monitor payments for the assigned locations.
- Ensure all lending procedures comply with regulations
- Develop, review, and update our company s credit policies
- Ensure the quarterly, half yearly and annual vendor review and get it ratified by credit head.
- Carry out regular monthly review with the team and implement the performance improvement measures.
