DSA Acquisition Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced DSA Acquisition Manager with a strong background in handling Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) for Home Loans (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Kannada and Hindi and be willing to travel within the state as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• DSA Acquisition: Identify, acquire, and onboard new DSAs across the Karnataka region for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential DSAs to drive sales performance.
• Sales Support: Provide necessary support and training to DSAs to ensure they are well-equipped to promote HL/LAP products and meet sales targets.
• Travel: The role requires significant travel (60%) within the state to meet prospective and current DSAs and attend to business requirements.
• Reporting & Administration: Ensure accurate reporting of DSA activities and maintain necessary documentation as part of office duties (40%).
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve business strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience handling DSAs for Home Loan (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in Kannada and Hindi (both written and verbal).
• Travel Willingness: Must be willing to travel within Karnataka as part of the job responsibilities.
• Sales Expertise: Proven track record in handling and managing HL/LAP sales through DSAs.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in managing DSA relationships for HL/LAP products is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage a region effectively.
