MIS Manager

Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MIS Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the operations and collections teams by designing and maintaining dashboards, creating performance trackers, and delivering actionable insights through data reporting and analysis. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 6+ years of experience, particularly in MIS, analytics, or operations support within a fin-tech or similar environment. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI, Google Sheets, MS Access and Advanced Excel.
• Collaborate with the operations and collections teams to gather data requirements and deliver accurate reports.
• Create and manage performance trackers for monitoring team efficiency and business performance.
• Lead and manage a team to achieve departmental objectives and ensure effective task delegation.
• Analyze operational and financial data to support data-driven decision-making.
• Streamline data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate generation of MIS reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Proven team-handling experience, with the ability to manage and guide team members effectively.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, MS Access and Power BI for data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Experience collaborating with Collections teams, with a strong understanding of their operational needs.
• Background in working with a fin-tech environment, with familiarity in handling financial and operational data.
