Client Manager - Technical Domain (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality closures.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.

- Build, mentor, and lead a team of recruiters, driving performance through effective guidance and collaboration.

- Set and achieve hiring targets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Identify new business opportunities through business development (BD) efforts, including market research and client acquisition.

- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in core IT hiring, with an in-depth understanding of technical roles and requirements.

- Hands-on experience in hiring for diverse industries, showcasing versatility and adaptability.

- Demonstrated expertise in client management, with strong negotiation and relationship building skills.

- Ability to set, manage, and meet target-driven goals in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in business development (BD) is a significant advantage.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
