Position Overview
The Assistant Manager for Compressor Operation and Maintenance plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient functioning, reliability, and performance of industrial compressors. This position involves overseeing daily operations, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management
• Oversee the daily operation of compressors, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Monitor system parameters, analyze trends, and address deviations promptly.
• Coordinate with production teams to align compressor operations with production requirements.
2. Maintenance Management
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Supervise and participate in the troubleshooting and repair of compressors and related equipment.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts and maintain inventory levels.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for major repairs or overhauls.
3. Team Leadership
• Supervise and guide technicians and maintenance personnel.

4. Safety and Compliance

Qualifications and Skills

1. Educational Background
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications related to compressor operation and maintenance are a plus.
2. Technical Expertise
• Comprehensive understanding of industrial compressors (rotary, reciprocating, centrifugal, etc.).
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
• Knowledge of control systems, lubrication, and cooling mechanisms in compressors.
3. Experience
• 5–8 years of experience in compressor operation and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
