The role is pivotal in aligning HR operations with the organizations business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Budgeting and Cost Management

  • Partner with the Lead HRBP to develop and monitor HR budgets.
  • Provide insights and forecasts for HR expenditure to support business planning.
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

2. Employee Lifecycle

  • Collaborate on initiatives to enhance employee experiences across all touch points of the lifecycle.
  • Continuous improving /bring best practices for on boarding and exit processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Work with the Lead HRBP to implement engagement and retention strategies.

3. Compensation and Benefits Planning

  • Partner with shared services to ensure the accurate execution of payroll and benefits processes.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance benefits offerings and improve employee satisfaction.

5. HR Compliance, Audits and Metrics Reporting

  • Ensure alignment with compliance frameworks in collaboration with the shared service team.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics for informed decision-making by the leadership.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports to track performance against HR KPIs.

6. Collaboration and Process Improvement

  • Act as a strategic partner to the Lead HRBP, supporting organizational projects and initiatives.
  • Proactively identify gaps in HR processes and propose solutions for improvement.
  • Collaborate across teams to align HR operations with evolving business requirements.

7. MIS : Monthly & Annually Reports:

1.Manpower cost Summary : Departments, headcounts, level wise fixed pay, and net pay.

2.Headcount & Turnover: Overview of headcount, new hires, diverse hires, Absenteeism , exits, Attrition/ turnover trends.

3.Benefits Usage

4.Compliance Summary Report

5.Reports ;Variable Pay, Talent pays , Retention pay , Advance & loan, Incentives

6.Compensation Adjustments: promotions, transfers etc..

7.Travel Expenses report

8.Incentive Summary report by Business /channel/role/Type of programs

9.MIS reports -MRM/QRM/ Incentive related MIS / Exit MIS / FTE etc.. )


Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: Min 3 years in HR operations with a focus on strategic collaboration and HR frameworks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR analytics, HRMS tools, advanced Excel & Macros.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
