Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives.
• Document and analyze requirements for IT systems or process improvements.

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to ensure alignment.

Process Improvement & Solution implementation

• Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
• Recommend IT-driven solutions to optimize operations.

• Create functional and technical specifications, business cases, and user stories.
• Maintain clear and organized documentation for project stakeholders.

• Collaborate with development teams during the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the delivered solution meets requirements.

Data Analysis

• Interpret data to drive decisions and support project outcomes.
• Use tools like SQL,  BI software, Python model development  to analyze trends and insights.

·       Knowledge of systems development, software tools, and IT infrastructure.

·       Strong written and verbal skills to bridge technical and business perspectives.

·       Ability to evaluate challenges and propose practical IT solutions.
