Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with any backend technologies, a good understanding of server management, and a passion for building scalable and efficient systems. You will work closely with the frontend developers, product managers, and other team members to create and maintain robust backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient backend services.

- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Manage and maintain server infrastructure to ensure high performance, security, and scalability.

- Create and maintain database schemas, APIs, and other backend services.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

- Implement security and data protection protocols.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Monitor and ensure the health of applications and servers.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.

- Hands-on experience with any of backend technologies such as Python, Golang, PHP, Node.js, Java, Ruby, or .NET.

- Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and database design.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs or WebSockets.

- Experience with server management, including cloud-based solutions like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Strong understanding of security and data protection best practices.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.

- Understanding of micro-services architecture.

- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
