We are hiring Senior Manager- Organisation Design for our client based at Bangalore.
Job Summary:
- You will drive a strategic vision and plan for how we structure the (Market) business to succeed and respond to upcoming market trends in the next 3-5 years, based on both internal and external perspectives. Within this role you will work with Exec members, Market leaders, directors and managers to design structures and roles for their teams to deliver against strategy.
Requirements:
- Leading the design and delivery of the annual OD plans for (Market) ensuring that business objectives are met through appropriate structure interventions.
- Managing and developing the team of Group OD Partners located in the (Market), balancing workload so that both Group and Market commitments are met.
- Partnering and working directly with the (Market) Leadership team, providing updates on progress against plans and offering insight on OD options.
- Always thinking about the Group as well as the Market needs, ensuring that decisions made are considered against wider Group objectives / direction of travel.
- Working with and challenging leaders to identify design improvements to fulfill organisation strategy/ objectives.
- Designing roles and structures that meet the financial needs of the function across the next 1-3 years.
- Working with leaders evolving the current structure, continuing to align to the service model.
- Identifying and engaging with leaders around the purpose, principles and benefits of change and narrative for the function(s) where change is required.
- Developing solutions, structuring options and recommendations.
- Ensuring that leaders understand the likely impact/ investment that will be required to make change happen.
- Working with leaders to systematically assess the impact of the design on factors such as behavior, attitudes, culture, systems and communication flows.
- Ensuring boundaries and controls are in place to maintain the integrity of the new structure.
- Identifying and agreeing who will implement and how progress will be tracked.
- Leading evaluation to ensure design changes are embedded and outcomes evaluated against success measures.
- Ensuring a joined up approach for the Group with all interdependencies considered including skills and capabilities required for roles.
- Work with leaders to ensure ways of working are simple, clear and time efficient to get the most out of our roles and resource.
- Working with managers to maintain accurate data in systems, make small amendments to structures and provide insight to business leaders on structures and payroll costs.
- Partnering with functional finance partners to build a solid business case for change.
- Partnering with Strategic Workforce Planning as required to ensure our long term shape is known and understood with relevant interventions included in annual plans
