Role & responsibilities

Role & responsibilities * Ensure all employees are enrolled in ESIC and PF schemes, and maintain accurate records.

* Complete and submit ESIC and PF forms for eligible employees, including family details.

* Issue PF numbers to employees and submit necessary statements like Form 5, Form 10, and PF challans monthly.

* Follow up with the ESIC department for ESIC Permanent cards and assist employees in locating the nearest ESIC doctor if needed.

* Handle PF claim forms and ensure they are signed by the authorized signatory when an employee resigns.
Preferred candidate profile * Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role

* knowledge of ESIC and PF regulations.

* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
