WedMeGood - Assistant Manager/Manager - Search Engine Marketing (3-8 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Establish, implement and measure the effective campaigns across UAC/Meta (FB) and SEM to drive high quality leads for the WedMeGood app and website.

- Optimise campaigns to achieve the lowest cost per lead on the website and app, without compromising user quality.

- Analyze traffic data, flows, funnels on a detailed city and category level to identify potential leakages and opportunities to grow.

- Analyze and interpret past data to do the required changes in campaigns.

- In depth knowledge of what works creative wise, also knowledge of how to use AI for creatives.

- Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in digital advertising; test and evaluate their efficacy.

Basic Qualifications :

- Deep knowledge of UAC, Search and Meta advertising preferably for consumer apps.

- Detail orientation, and ability to go deep in number crunching and analyzing data points.

- Past experience in B2C traffic generation, managing digital/mobile advertising.

- Must be highly analytical with strong knowledge of performance optimization and have a strong quantitative analysis. Be able to bridge data analysis, research, competitive intelligence to build efficient and scalable customer acquisition programs.
