Webynatics - Senior IT Business Analyst - SDLC/Agile Methodologies (7-10 yrs)

Role : SENIOR IT BUSINESS ANALYST (8-10 years of experience)

Location : Mangalore/Mangaluru, Karnataka, India

Job Type : Permanent/Full-time

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days in Mangalore office of which Tuesday/ Wednesday compulsory)

A US-based startup building critical infrastructure and services for US publicly traded companies, focusing on share registry, dividend management, proxy voting, and compliance.

Required Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software environments

- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies

- Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation

- Familiarity with tools such as Github, JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Notion; SQL and data visualization experience a plus

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and attention to detail

- Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories

- Collaborate with engineering to align products with business needs and prioritize solutions

- Conduct market research to guide product innovation

- Support QA teams with requirement clarity and test case validation

- Monitor post-launch performance and recommend improvements
