BOND.AI - Technical Project Manager - Agile Methodologies (10-15 yrs)

Role Title : Technical Project Manager

Required Skills :

- Plan and execute technical development projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies Agile, Scrum and SDLC etc.

- Experience of IT project management preferably in either Mobile App development, Nodejs/GraphQL, testing domain.

- Coordinate with the development and testing teams to ensure smooth rollouts.

- Implement effective change management procedures to minimize risks associated with system changes, updates, and configurations.

- Monitor resource utilization, and capacity trends to proactively address potential bottlenecks

- Establishes and maintains processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle.

- Identifies and manages project and/or program issues. Sets project quality and performance standards.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Provide regular updates and presentations to leadership on project status and outcomes.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends and assess their potential for implementation to enhance operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with the security practices and no violations are reported on the team for security, privacy or audit findings.

- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact on project goals.

- Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

- Maintain thorough documentation of IT project status and generate reports on team performance.

- Use tools like Jira, Ms Project, Trello or similar platforms to manage project workflows, track progress, and identify risks.

Nice to have :

- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Additional Skillsets Desired :

- Proven ability to communicate technical information coherently, both verbally and in writing, to internal team and external customers, maintaining a customer focused, friendly attitude.

- Proven track record in leading diverse teams of 15+ or more people in dynamic and fast-paced environments in a globally distributed model.

- Ability to adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

Education : BE in (CS or IT) or B.Tech. (CS or IT) or Master of Computer Science (MCA or MCS).

Relevant Experience : 10 To 15 years.
