Finance Manager

Develop financial strategies, plans, and budgets.

Perform forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support decisions.

Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.

Oversee budget preparation and management

Collaborate with senior management to create long-term financial strategies.

Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Maintain robust internal controls to ensure accurate financial data

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Desirable

Masterdegree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA.

Experience in strategic financial planning and analysis.

Proven track record of improving financial processes and controls.

Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and financial due diligence.

Familiarity with industry-specific financial challenges and regulation

Background

Bachelors/Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
