Develop and execute lead generation process that support business objectives, including the creation of targeted lists, tele calling process, email, web, and social media outreach.
Work with digital marketing team to create high-quality content that will be used in lead generation campaigns.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead generation mechanism.
Stay up-to-date on latest lead generation practices and tools.
Train and manage a team of lead generation specialists.
Develop processes and systems to streamline lead generation activities.
Monitor and report on progress of lead generation activities.
Collaborate with sales team to ensure leads are being followed up on in a timely manner.
Provide feedback to digital marketing team to improve future campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or lead generation.
Experience in lead generation is preferred.
Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns.
Experience with CRM software.
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative solutions.
