Front Office Executive

Job Description:

A. Computer Operations & Basic Functions:

• Proficient in handling basic computer functions, including Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Perform routine data entry, record maintenance, and digital correspondence.

B. Courier Management:

• Handle inward and outward courier packages efficiently.
• Maintain accurate logs and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of parcels.

C. Administrative Support:

• Oversee and manage daily upkeep activities such as maintaining cleanliness, stock handling of daily supplies etc.
• Assist in the management of parcels, supplies, and routine office administrative tasks.

D. Visitor Management:

• Greet and attend to visitors with professionalism and a warm demeanour.
• Maintain a detailed visitor register to log arrivals and departures accurately.

E. Communication:

• Exhibit excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and direct them appropriately.

Job Specifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer functions.
• Prior experience in courier handling and administrative work.
• Amiable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
