About the Role:


As a Business Development Manager at Weboin, youll be at the forefront of our growth journey. This role is about more than just generating leads; its about understanding client needs, providing value-driven solutions, and managing client relationships with excellence. Youll lead the charge in driving revenue, enhancing client satisfaction, and contributing to Weboins reputation as a trusted digital marketing partner.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach. Develop and execute strategies to target high-value prospects and convert them into loyal clients.
  • Client Consultation & Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their challenges and offering tailored digital marketing solutions. You’ll foster trust and ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operational teams to align strategies with client goals. Guide your team to deliver exceptional results and exceed expectations.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Stay on top of industry trends and competitor strategies. Use insights to refine business development approaches and seize new opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor progress on business goals and provide regular updates to leadership. Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make improvements.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
  • Exceptional client handling and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A results-driven approach, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
