Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  
• Assist senior chefs with menu planning, inventory management, and ordering ingredients.
  
• Ensure efficient food production by managing time effectively during peak hours.
  
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to achieve smooth service operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in cooking or related field (commis or equivalent).
  
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and ability to prepare Continental dishes as well.
  
• Basic understanding of menu planning principles and ability to assist with creating new menus.
  
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail.
