Cook / Chef - South Indian Cuisine

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in preparing authentic Chinese and South Indian dishes. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality meals while maintaining kitchen standards and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from Chinese and South Indian cuisines as per the menu.
• Assist in food preparation and ensure timely service during operations.
• Maintain food quality and presentation to meet customer expectations.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
• Innovate and suggest improvements to menu items and food preparation techniques.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience as a chef or cook in Chinese and/or South Indian cuisine.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, seasoning, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to kitchen operations and menu requirements.
