Role & responsibilities
Role Overview:
As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them through chat, email, and voice interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and voice, providing accurate and helpful technical support.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products.
Could you document customer interactions and issues in the support system for tracking and reporting purposes?
Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams as needed, making sure that customers get a quick follow-up.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide effective solutions and support.
Could you collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience?
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product changes and new technologies.
