#Position: Customer Support Executive & Auditor
#Eligibility: 1- 4 yrs of Experience
#Degree require: Any Bachelorâs Degree
#Location: Noida Sector 59
#Interview Mode: F2F
#Shift timing: Night Shift (9 pm to 6 am), AUS Shift (6 am to 3 pm) & UK Shift (12pm to 9 pm), Rotational in between them
#Skills Require: Fluent English, International Process, Energetic, Voice/Blended/US/UK/Email, Excellent Communication Skills, Saas / E-Commerce Industry Exp (Preferred), International Client Handling, Technical Understanding/ CRM Softwares Knowledge.
Key Responsibility areas:
â Must process Bachelor Degree
â Ready to work in Rotational Shifts & Night Shift
â Previously worked in Night Shift.
â Excellent Communications Skills ( Fluent English Only)
⢠Ability to handle International Clients or website visitors inbound calls, live chats, tickets, email received.
⢠Follow Webbeeâs standard communications procedures and guidelines.
⢠Handle Customers compaints, provide appropriate supports and alternatives within the time limits; follow ups to ensure resolutions and escalate the queries to CSM for further follow-ups.
