Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage a large volume of customer calls in a professional and courtesy manner.
• Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Prioritize and resolve customer issues ina timely and accurate fashion
• Handle dissatisfied customers in a polite and professional manner
• Track and follow-up follow up all customer requests in a timely manner
• Greet and address customers in a friendly and respectful way.

• Work with Web development and sales teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Return customer calls in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Project management for web development, digital marketing, graphic designing, and maintenance projects.
• General accounting duties like invoicing, payment collection, payment notification, contract renewal reminders, and printing orders.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent Communication in English, Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Minimum of 2 years of customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong time management skills.
• Understanding of Terms used in Web development field.
• Australian Shift
• 5 days of working .
• Personal laptop or computer, and this is a work-from-home position.
