We are looking for a Customer service executive to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
As an integral part of the CS Team, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, emails, scheduling meetings with buyers, and keeping the managing system updated. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Ring Central.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule meetings
- Place orders
- Manage a contact list
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
- Organize managers Google Keep.
- Perform market research
- Create documents, as assigned
- Address employees administrative queries
- Provide customer service as the first point of contact
Requirements:
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus.
- Should have a close environment without any background noise
FLUENT ENGLISH IS A MUST.
This position entails remote work during night hours (IST) , and we are specifically seeking candidates with some prior experience.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
