ZKraft:

Vertoz as a ZKraft is a 360 digital agency equipped with various tools and technologies to help businesses scale up their digital marketing efforts.

What you will do:

-Lead and manage all web development projects from planning to execution, delivering on time and within scope.

-Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and strategists to create impactful digital solutions that align with client objectives.

-Ensure websites are highly responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance, accessibility, and SEO.

-Drive the implementation of best practices for web development, including coding standards, security protocols, and performance optimization.

-Manage server-related tasks, including hosting configurations, server management, load balancing, and troubleshooting.

-Troubleshoot and resolve complex website and server-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.

-Stay updated with emerging web technologies and trends, leveraging them to enhance development strategies.

-Mentor and guide the web development team, fostering skill development, innovation, and collaboration.

Requirements
-Proven experience as a web developer, with a minimum of 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

-Strong expertise in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and frameworks like Laravel or similar.

-In-depth knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal.

-Hands-on experience with server management, including web hosting, server configurations, CDN, DNS management, and SSL implementation.

-Proficiency in API integrations and working with RESTful services.

-Familiarity with database management (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and version control systems like Git.

-Experience working with clients in India and the US, understanding their distinct requirements.

-Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

-Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between technical teams and stakeholders.
