Job Profile

• Drive online course enrolments by creating and executing innovative sales strategies across social media, email campaigns, and our website.
• Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and chats, providing clear information and expert guidance to convert leads into admissions.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve enrolment goals.
• Partner with the marketing team to boost brand awareness, attract quality leads, and improve conversion rates.
• Analyze and report key sales metrics, including web traffic, lead quality, and customer feedback, to optimize results.
• Manage the CRM system to track leads, streamline communication, and ensure accurate data for seamless sales operations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align online strategies with overall business goals.
• Provide backend support for academics, ERP systems, and general office tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in online sales or a related marketing role.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and sales results.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
