Responsibilities:
Strong hold in Online Marketing to generate quality traffic and leads using Organic methods like SEO, Link Building, SMM, Email Marketing, Content Marketing and Paid methods like PPC Paid Ads, Blogger OutReach, Affiliate Marketing ...etc.
Handle leads & prospects (sales) and be able to do technical discussion over call (Skype, Mobile, Google Meet etc.) and in writing (Email, chat) and onboard them on the platform and convert them into paying customers.
Research and Analysis (SEO Audit, Keyword Research, Site Audit ...etc)
Create, Update, Manage Helpdesk customer support articles (Knowledge Base).
Create and manage self-help tours of various features for customer easy on board (via Intercom)
Convert leads on Email, Call, Skype, FB Messenger, Intercom etc.
Proactively reach out to new or potential customers as Account Manager and help them in onboarding and customer success
Pre-Sale support, post sale support
Help customers with services, pricing, quote, technical ...etc things.
Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Company plans
Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets

Write compelling business proposals
Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales
Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion
Attend appropriate events and conferences, acting as the perfect agency ambassador while networking
Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge on all things.
Work with our leadership team to drive strategic planning and prioritization
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive flawless execution of global initiatives, including the definition and rollout of our international plan
Own the end-to-end process: build work plans, synthesize relevant data, lead analyses and develop recommendations
Arm our go-to-market teams with a deep knowledge of the competition
Communicate solutions confidently and effectively across Front
Build a consultative relationship across the organization, and meet with strategic partners that align with our highest priorities
Requirements:
Have a proven track record of selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organisations.
Have a strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities and to establish business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies
Have a great understanding of SEO, ASO, SMM, Email Marketing and how they can benefit clients
Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion
Have a minimum of 1 years of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector and dealing with high profile clients.
Have great proposal writing, speaking, presentation and pitching skills
Be a motivated and focused individual with great organisational and interpersonal skills
Have completed at least a Bachelor's Degree or MBA with digital marketing background
Must be confident in handling foreign clients on call.

5+ years of related work experience at a high-performing technology company or management consulting; enterprise experience strongly preferred
