- Assist in analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional solutions that align with company goals.
- Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to gather, document, and refine business and system requirements.
- Contribute to the development of process flows, wireframes, and business models to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Participate in data analysis, user research, and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes.
- Continuously enhance analytical and problem-solving skills through mentorship, feedback, and hands-on project involvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, business analysis methodologies, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and process improvements.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on gathering requirements and improving business processes.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and a basic understanding of data modeling, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
- Experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements to support decision-making and project execution.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, along with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and grow within a team environment, with a passion for business process improvements and emerging industry trends.
