Job Description
- Lead and oversee the UI team in designing and developing high-quality, user-centric, and scalable interface solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces.
- Define and maintain design systems, component libraries, and best practices to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability across products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and performance analysis to refine designs and optimize user interactions.
- Mentor and guide UI designers, fostering skill development, innovation, and adherence to industry best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and maintain a competitive design edge.
- 6-10 years of experience in UI design and product development, with a strong focus on creating intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces.
- Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and a deep understanding of design systems, usability principles, and interaction design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in building user-centric, scalable, and high-performance UI solutions.
- Proven experience leading UI teams, driving design strategies, and managing projects from concept to execution, with strong mentorship and feedback abilities.
