Job Description

Position Title: Business Development Executive or Senior Business Development Executive/ Assistant Manager or Manager

Experience - 0 to 5 years

Salary - 2 LPA to 10 LPA as per the level and experience
Location: Noida
Reports to: Business Development Manager / Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Real Estate team. This position will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong network of contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Market Research:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
    • Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Develop a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, industry events, and cold calling.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Understand client needs and offer tailored real estate solutions.
    • Regularly follow up with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales & Negotiation:
    • Develop and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Brand Promotion & Networking:
    • Promote the company's real estate offerings and services at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
    • Represent the company in negotiations and discussions with key industry stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and market data.
    • Prepare regular reports for senior management on progress toward business development goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Freshers or Proven experience (typically 1+ years) in business development or sales, ideally in real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, trends, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business development tools.
