HR Executive /Senior HR ( Female Only)

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles(Front line sales, Door to door sales).
-Make cold calls to potential candidates, introducing job opportunities and encouraging them to apply.
-Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
-Help manage job postings and applications on various platforms.
-Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for role .
-Support the recruitment team in administrative tasks related to on boarding and recruitment documentation.
-Coordinate campus recruitment drives at colleges within the district.

Preferred candidate profile:

-Strong communication skills in both English and Tamil (written and spoken).
-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Only candidates from Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply.
