Area Head Wealth

Area Manager - Wealth Management at Bank. This role typically involves managing a team of wealth managers and driving the wealth management business in the assigned region.

• Business Development:
  
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets for wealth management in the assigned area.
• Drive revenue growth through acquisition of high-net-worth clients (HNI) and ultra-high-net-worth clients (UHNI).
• Promote wealth management products, including mutual funds, insurance, structured products, PMS, alternative investments, etc.
• Team Management:
  
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Wealth Managers.
• Monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure the team meets individual and collective targets.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the knowledge and skills of the team.
• Client Relationship Management:
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address client queries and provide financial advisory services tailored to their needs.
• Ensure adherence to the highest standards of customer service.
• Compliance and Risk Management:
  
• Ensure all operations and activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits to mitigate risks in wealth management services.
• Market Analysis:
  
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in wealth management.
