It Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
• Respond to IT Support requests.
• Diagnose and offer solutions to software, networking, or hardware issues.
• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates as needed.
• Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources in the company.
• Manage and support IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Ensure proper documentation of IT support activities and maintain a knowledge base for common issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT support processes and service delivery.
• Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience in IT support for 2-4 years.
• Graduate in IT/Computer Science.
• In-depth knowledge of installing Windows, Linux, MacOS, Office 365 and Ticketing Tools.
• Prior knowledge and Hand-on experience in Networking and Router Configuration(Fortinet and Cisco).
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills; preference for candidates with international support experience.
• Willing to work in a rotational shift.
• This is a complete work-from-office job.
