It Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS, desktop applications, hardware, and peripherals.

• Setup local/network printers and label printers

. • Manage, troubleshoot, and restore network services.

• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, FTP, VPN, and basic networking.

• Strong hardware expertise (laptops, desktops, printers).

• Experience with share drive mapping and Outlook.

• Familiarity with CCTV, biometric, and access control systems.

• Willing to learn new technologies and provide support.

• Manage assets and coordinate with vendors and teams.
