Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Planning, scheduling, and coordinating with production to meet delivery targets.
- Responsible for customer & internal OTIF.
- Evaluating raw materials and equipment to ensure everything is in place for production.
- Reporting on the production status based on pre-defined matrix and any production issues to upper management.
- Handling production disruptions and productivity problems.
- Reservation of raw material and getting RM on time to shop floor ensuring no down times due to No RM.
- Preparing weekly/daily machine loading plan and reviewing on daily basis.
- Preparing daily/weekly assembly plan and reviewing on daily basis.
- Responsible for coordinating with CFT for timely updates and raising flags in right time to honour the demand.
- Preparing & assessing the capacity plan periodically.
