Support the Global Treasury objectives and ensure to meet corporate financial targets.
Partner with multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth operation of all Treasury activities in full compliance with policies and regulatory framework.
Strong understanding of Central Bank regulations, banking operations, business partnership skills, business acumen, and closely cooperate with the local organizations.
Forecast interest expense and income
Oversee cash management banking and financial institution relationships; negotiate bank and service fees
Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short-term excess cash; manage inter-company cash including inter-company lending, dividends and capital injections
Support the local organizations with your Treasury expertise, for example in promoting Teva s working capital initiatives.
Support in Insurance renewal Claims incl. premium, advance and invoices for local and global insurance s.
Lead and enhance internal processes to drive operational efficiency and to ensure compliance with internal policies, controls and procedures
Demonstrate leadership and training skills to further develop managers and analysts within the department
Overviewing the GBS Treasury activities and trainings.
Your experience and qualifications
Qualified CA/CS is must
12+ years of proven experience in treasury preferably with pharma/healthcare industry background.
Solid understanding of RBI regulations, FEMA, Company s Act related to Treasury, treasury best practices, digitization process enhancement, cash repatriation, financial planning analysis, and statistics
Obtained proficiency in Treasury systems, such as Quantum.
Thorough knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Power point), experience with ERP and specifically SAP.
