General Manager - Treasury (15-20 yrs)

Reporting to : Chief Finance Officer (CFO) / Functional Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies for managing the company's cash flow.

- Monitor daily cash positions and forecasts.

- Ensure optimal liquidity levels are maintained for operational needs and investment opportunities.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks related to currency, interest rates, commodities, and credit.

- Develop and implement risk management policies to protect the organization from financial volatility.

- Oversee the company's investment portfolio, ensuring proper allocation of funds to meet both short- and long-term objectives.

- Provide guidance on investment decisions based on market trends, economic forecasts, and company goals.

- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

- Negotiate credit facilities, banking services, and terms for loans and financing.

- Oversee the management of company debt, including the issuance of bonds and other debt instruments.

- Ensure efficient capital structure management, balancing equity, debt, and working capital requirements.
