Business Analysis: Understand the business. Work with your stakeholders to understand the business and document as-is business processes, understanding dependencies on upstream processes/groups and impacts on downstream processes/groups. For new initiatives, develop to-be process flows to facilitate business understanding and requirement definition. Influence and help business manage through Change related to IT initiatives. Sustain Operations: Support the business stakeholders in their day-to-day operations providing the highest levels of service and maintaining a stable operating environment. Coordinate with infrastructure, IT Security and other internal, IT support functions to maintain system stability while minimizing business impact of routine and non-routine IT maintenance activities. Your experience and qualifications
Must have 4+ years experience working in Pharmaceuticals Industry with at least 2 years experience in some area of Revenue Management. Must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the US Pharmaceutical Industry indirect sales channel and associated administration of contracts and pricing. Must have experience supporting, or working with, one or more areas of Revenue Management, e.g. pricing and contract administration, chargeback processing, rebate processing, membership management. Must have proven experience influencing business process change and adoption of new approaches and tools resulting in tangible process improvements. Must have experience working within an Agile Development project framework and a strong understanding of Agile Methodologies. Must have experience in developing User Requirement Specifications, Process and Data flows and Functional Design Specifications. Must have strong SQL and PL/SQL skills. Experience with the Model N Flex application required. Experience with SAP preferred. Experience with Unix scripting or similar preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Power Point. Experience with MS Project and MS Visio or similar preferred.
