Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales efforts for material handling equipment rentals, including forklifts, BOPTs, stackers, and other related equipment.
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to expand the rental business, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing excellent service and solutions to meet their material handling needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies to drive growth in the material handling equipment rental market.
• Negotiate rental contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery, maintenance, and service of rental equipment.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.
• Train, mentor, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and build brand awareness.
