Role & responsibilities

• Brand Strategy and Development
• Develop and execute brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging aligned with company goals.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials.
• Campaign Management
• Plan and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design, etc.) to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Content Creation and Oversight
• Supervise the development of brand assets, including logos, packaging, advertising materials, and digital content.
• Partner with creative teams to produce engaging and consistent content across various media.
• Digital Marketing and Online Presence
• Oversee the brands online presence, including website, social media, and digital advertising.
• Leverage SEO, SEM, and social media analytics to optimize brand visibility and engagement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with product development, sales, and executive teams to align branding efforts with overall business goals.
• Build relationships with external partners, including agencies, influencers, and media outlets.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Define KPIs for brand success and regularly report on brand performance and market perception.
• Conduct post-campaign analyses and derive actionable insights for future initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of building and managing successful brands.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
