Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Performance & Customer Success Manager to enhance our digital performance strategy and ensure customer satisfaction. This role will focus on driving measurable results across digital platforms, managing customer success processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Performance:
• Design, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Track and analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and LTV, ensuring continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with creative teams to create engaging ad content, A/B test campaigns, and monitor trends.
• Develop SEO and SEM strategies to improve web traffic, search rankings, and lead generation.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Data Studio to generate reports and actionable insights.
Customer Success:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key clients.
• Proactively monitor customer health scores to drive engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities.
• Develop and execute customer onboarding programs, ensuring seamless product adoption and satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance user experience and drive product improvements.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to resolve issues and deliver consistent customer success.
Collaboration & Reporting:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align performance strategies with business goals.
• Prepare and present monthly performance dashboards, customer success metrics, and ROI reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Proven experience in digital performance marketing and customer success roles.
• Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, and CRM platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
