Job opening For the position of Engineer-3D

Dear Candidate,

Technical:

Must be able to do for the following tasks:

1. To study the data received from the technical team (projects, electrical, piping and utility, process, civil, etc.) and start developing the model in 3D Revit.
   
2. To develop a model in 3D Revit as per the drawings received and communicate with the respective department for solving problems and understanding the drawings to create a perfect model.
   
3. To incorporate the services like electrical, piping, equipment, partitions, doors, view panels, and other building components in the same model.
   
4. To create missing families every time a new object is introduced in any of the above services and create a model for the same so that it can be used in the design.
   
5. To analyze the clashing of various services with each other and the civil building and highlight the same to the senior or technical team member.
   
6. To update the services in coordination with the technical team to avoid clashes as per instructions received.
   
7. To prepare 3D walkthroughs for all models as per the requirements of clients and other members of the project.
   
8. To extract and populate the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for all services and prepare Excel files for the same for further analysis by the respective department.
   
9. To resolve queries received from other departments after analysis of the BOQ.
   
10. To extract all the construction drawings based on the instructions for drawings needed for site work and the construction of various systems and utilities.
    
11. To coordinate with the technical and site teams and update the construction drawings to resolve the difficulties faced at site.
    
12. To resolve issues of the site team by updating the construction drawings, whereever required, for better clarity of .
