Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage end-to end IT projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, communication, and execution, ensuring timely delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, establish timelines, and identify deliverables for enterprise-level Marketing Automation and CRM solutions.
• Critical Path Analysis: Identify critical project paths, predict upcoming bottlenecks, and devise mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.
• Team Management: Coordinate with developers and cross-functional teams, providing clear guidance and ensuring tasks are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders (both onshore and offshore), providing clear and concise updates on project status, milestones, and risks.
• Tracking & Monitoring: Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and implement adjustments to meet project goals and deliverables.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks, prepare mitigation strategies, and ensure issues are resolved with minimal impact on project timelines.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and create regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of leading Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Zoho). Ensure system compatibility, data migration, and performance optimization during implementation.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with developers to design and customize workflows, templates, and integrations to enhance marketing and sales automation processes.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure robust testing of solutions to guarantee functionality, scalability, and reliability before deployment.
• Training & Adoption: Plan and deliver training sessions to client teams for seamless adoption and effective use of new systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• A Masters degree/PMP/Prince2 certification is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams and clients.
• Expertise in tools like JIRA, MS Project, DevOps or other management software.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
